Designcraft presents Consolidate, an exhibition of unique work by some of our creative and highly skilled makers. Running from 1Nov - 20 Dec 2024, Consolidate responds to the question of what can be made from materials that would otherwise go unused—factory offcuts, bits and bobs, things that might easily be discarded. The answer is a stunning collection of work that is variously beautiful, intricate, refined, functional, and unconventional.

Earlier this month Designcraft hosted an event to celebrate becoming an Authorised MillerKnoll dealer, bringing a total of eight MillerKnoll brands exclusively to the Canberra region. Recognising the shared legacy, innovation and commitment to sustainability that define the MillerKnoll collective, the night also welcomed our two newest brands – Knoll and Maharam Rugs. Designcraft are proud to represents the largest and most diverse range of authentic and iconic furniture in Canberra and as the only authorised dealer of eight MillerKnoll collective brands, bringing these exclusive to Canberra being: Herman Miller, HAY, Knoll, Muuto, Geiger, and NaughtOne and Colebrook Bosson Saunders and Maharam Rugs.

Linie Design was founded in 1980 by Keld Agerskov and Hugo Anthon, with the ambition of creating handmade rugs that would merge Danish design and innovation with traditional Indian craftsmanship. Jesper Christiansen and Kenneth Nielsen joined in 1999, and they own the company today, continuing to run Linie Design based on the core values it was established with -  with decency, innovation and craftsmanship still pervading every aspect of the business.
